Here’s what users can expect as WhatsApp works on a tweaked user interface for its app.

WhatsApp, the widely-used instant messaging app owned by Meta, is said to be developing a modified user interface featuring a bottom navigation bar after rolling out multiple updates to the platform. WABetaInfo reported that users have been demanding a revamp of the WhatsApp interface for a while now, as they believe the current one is obsolete and less user-friendly. They have also expressed their desire for a more contemporary and user-friendly approach to navigating the app, making it simpler and faster to access essential functions like chats, calls, communities, and status, which is similar to the iOS app.
